Katherine Cantor brings a refined, relationship-driven approach to luxury property management, shaped by her roots managing luxury property in the New York/New Jersey tri-state area, followed by her move to Boston in 2019 and her professional career managing one of Boston’s most distinguished residential buildings. With years of experience overseeing high-end condominium and rental properties, Katherine is recognized for her discretion, operational precision, and intuitive understanding of what elevated living truly requires.

Katherine started The Modern Concierge after the birth of her son, and her decision to re-imagine the traditional service model—and to move away from impersonal routine management toward personalized care and attention. To that end she founded The Modern Concierge, a boutique firm built on the belief that luxury is found in presence, trust, and genuine attentiveness.

Today, The Modern Concierge offers a more intimate and personal alternative to conventional property management.
